Professional payment process.
Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted invoices or payment links after scope is agreed in writing. This keeps card data off this website.

How payment works
After the project scope is agreed, American Heritage Studio sends a Stripe invoice or Stripe payment link. The payment page is hosted by Stripe, not by this website.
Accepted payment types
Stripe may allow card payments, ACH, or other methods depending on the invoice settings and the client's location. Available payment methods are shown on the Stripe checkout page.
Card security
American Heritage Studio does not collect, store, or process payment card numbers on this website. Card information is entered directly into Stripe's hosted payment page.
Monthly services
Monthly care plans and recurring services are billed in advance through Stripe. A client may cancel future monthly service by giving written notice before the next billing period unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Late or failed payments
If a payment fails or becomes overdue, work may pause until the invoice is paid. Hosting, maintenance, lead growth, or automation services may also pause if recurring payment is not resolved.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case. One-time build payments cover reserved time and work performed, so refunds are not guaranteed after work has started.
