Who runs this site

American Heritage Studio is operated by Tanner Moss in Gainesville, Texas. Until a separate business entity is formed, this is operated as a sole proprietorship.

What information is collected

If you submit the contact form, you may provide your email address, phone number, service interest, and project details. Cloudflare may also provide basic technical request information such as IP address, country, and user agent so abuse can be reviewed.

What is not collected

This site does not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, login passwords, analytics profiles, or tracking-cookie data.

How information is used

Information submitted through the form is used to review your request, reply to you, prepare a quote, and protect the site from abuse. It is not sold and is not added to a marketing list.

Where information goes

Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions and sent by Resend to the owner mailbox. No database is used by this site.

Payments

Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted invoices or payment links. American Heritage Studio does not store or process card numbers on this website.

Retention

Lead emails are kept only as long as needed for business records, follow-up, and basic dispute protection. Old lead emails should be deleted after 24 months unless there is an active project, unpaid invoice, tax record need, or legal reason to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask for your lead email to be deleted by emailing [email protected]. If deletion conflicts with legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records, the request may be limited to what can reasonably be deleted.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, strict browser security headers, no client-side JavaScript, no analytics, and no third-party runtime assets. No website can be made perfectly secure, but the site is built to keep the data flow small and controlled.
