Who you are hiring
American Heritage Studio is operated by Tanner Moss in Gainesville, Texas. Until a separate business entity is formed, services are provided as a sole proprietorship.
Quotes and project scope
Website, lead growth, and automation work is scoped before payment. A quote, written message, invoice, or project brief will describe what is included. Work outside that scope may require a separate quote.
No guaranteed business results
American Heritage Studio can build websites, improve visibility, set up tracking, and improve lead flow systems. It cannot guarantee search rankings, ad performance, sales, revenue, or a specific number of customers.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, brand assets, access to needed accounts, and timely feedback. Clients are also responsible for the legality of claims, offers, prices, licenses, certifications, photos, testimonials, and business information they provide.
Payments
Payments are made through Stripe-hosted invoices or payment links unless another written arrangement is agreed to. Recurring monthly services are billed in advance. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue.
Refunds and cancellations
One-time build payments cover time reserved and work performed. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. Monthly care or service plans may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Google, domain registrars, hosting platforms, ad platforms, or automation tools. American Heritage Studio is not responsible for outages, price changes, account decisions, or policy changes by those providers.
Content and ownership
After final payment, the client owns final approved website content and custom work created specifically for the client, except for general methods, templates, reusable code, tools, stock assets, platform services, and third-party materials.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, American Heritage Studio is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform outages, or business interruption. The total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue.
Professional advice
American Heritage Studio does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or compliance advice. Clients should talk to qualified professionals for those matters.
